Will it fit my iPhone?
Each case fits one exact iPhone model. Select yours in the Model options before you add to cart. Not sure which model you have? Go to Settings > General > About.
I got the wrong model or a damaged case. What now?
Contact us through the contact form or at help@kasewell.com within 30 days from the delivery date shown in tracking. Include your order number and a photo of the case you received. If it arrived damaged or defective, or is not the model you ordered, you can choose a refund or a reshipment. No physical return is required.
What if my order does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within 18 business days after you placed it, contact us through the contact form or at help@kasewell.com within 30 days after that 18th business day. We will refund or reship your order, and no physical return is required. Refund policy
