1. Agreement
These Terms of service govern your use of https://kasewell.com and any purchase made from the Kasewell online store, operated by SR DIGITAL COMMERCE LLC. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies published on the store, including the Return and refund policy, Privacy policy and Shipping policy.
2. Eligibility and territory
The store sells to customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and the 27 member states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Products
Kasewell sells phone cases and related accessories. Each product page states the phone models the product is designed for; please check the model before ordering. We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, but colors and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown. We do not make promises about the level of protection a product provides beyond what is stated on the product page.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is charged at checkout. Charges appear on your card statement as KASEWELL. Depending on your bank, the name may be shown with a prefix added by our payment processor.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If an order is canceled after payment, the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method. You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships by contacting us through our contact form at https://kasewell.com/pages/contact or by email at help@kasewell.com. The refund goes to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Shipping, delivery and customs
Products are shipped from China by a third party supplier. Processing and delivery times are estimates and are described in the Shipping policy. Our prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. Depending on your country, your local customs office may charge these when your order arrives, and they are paid by the recipient. This applies to every country we ship to: the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and the 27 member states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. 7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Return and refund policy. Requests must be sent within 30 days from the date of delivery. No physical return of the product is required. The 30 day window is in addition to your statutory rights described in the Return and refund policy and does not limit them.
8. Intellectual property
All content on https://kasewell.com, including the Kasewell name, logo, texts and images, belongs to SR DIGITAL COMMERCE LLC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission. Phone model names are used only to indicate compatibility and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their owners.
9. Use of the store
You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation and not to submit false information.
10. Disclaimer
Except as stated in our policies, the store and the products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SR DIGITAL COMMERCE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the State of Florida, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after its date.
