This Privacy policy explains how SR DIGITAL COMMERCE LLC ("we", "us" or "our"), operating the Kasewell online store at https://kasewell.com, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit the store or place an order. Kasewell sells to customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and the 27 member states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
1. Information we collect
a) Information you provide: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number when provided, order details, photos you send with a support request and the content of messages you send through our contact form at https://kasewell.com/pages/contact or by email at help@kasewell.com.
b) Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
c) Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring website and interactions with the store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, review refund and reshipment requests, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, improve the store and, where permitted, send marketing emails.
3. How we share your information
We share personal information only as needed to operate the store, with:
a) the Shopify platform, which hosts the store and processes checkout;
b) payment processors;
c) the third party supplier and logistics partners that prepare and ship orders from China, including carriers and customs brokers involved in delivering the package;
d) Klaviyo, used for order communications and email marketing;
e) Shopify Messaging, used to send store emails and marketing messages;
f) Parcel Panel, provided by CWILL, used for order tracking pages and shipping notifications;
g) Kaching Bundles and Essential Upsell, used to show bundle offers and post purchase offers in the cart and after checkout;
h) Disputifier, used to manage chargebacks and payment disputes, which receives order, payment and shipping details for that purpose;
i) advertising partners, with whom we may share personal information collected through cookies and similar technologies, in order to show you ads on other websites that are more relevant to your interests. j) authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies on https://kasewell.com.
a) Essential cookies, set by the Shopify platform. Purpose: the cart, checkout, security and basic store functions. They cannot be turned off without affecting how the store works.
b) Klaviyo. Purpose: communication and marketing. Klaviyo records site activity linked to your email address, such as products viewed and checkout started, to send order tracking emails, abandoned cart reminders and marketing emails.
How to refuse cookies: you can reject non essential cookies in the cookie banner shown on the store, where available, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time through the link at the bottom of each email or by writing to us through our contact form at https://kasewell.com/pages/contact or by email at help@kasewell.com. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.
5. Data retention
We keep order information, including photos sent with support requests, for as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle refund and reshipment requests and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. California privacy rights (CCPA and CPRA)

International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers, including Shopify and Klaviyo, may process your personal information in the United States and in other countries. Orders are prepared and shipped from China by a third party supplier. When your personal information is transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission or, for a recipient in the United States that is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on that certification. Where neither applies, a transfer may take place when it is necessary to perform your contract with us, such as sending your name and address to the supplier and carriers so your order can be delivered (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR). How long we keep your information
a) Order, payment and invoicing records: for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
